Refund & Return Policy

At Shelf Shop, we connect you with trusted, verified sellers across our marketplace. Orders are fulfilled by individual sellers, but our support team is always here to assist if something goes wrong.


🕒 30-Day Return Window

If eligible, you have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Please check the conditions below to make sure your item qualifies.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify, products must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Come back in the original packaging
  • Not be personalized, custom, or made-to-order
  • Include proof of purchase (your order number and date)

Please note: returns for reasons such as sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.


❌ What’s Not Eligible

  • Worn, used, washed, or opened items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Accessories like power cables/adapters, or incompatibility issues (though we can suggest converters if needed)
  • Orders that were already processed before cancellation (you can only cancel within 1 hour of placing the order if it hasn’t been processed yet)
  • Free gifts and promotional items (example: free sweatpants) are subject to availability and may be substituted (such as free shorts instead) or omitted entirely; as complimentary items, they are not guaranteed and do not qualify orders for cancellation, return, or refund.


🔁 Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the seller to arrange a solution, which may be a replacement or return. Please be aware that return postage costs are usually the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Share your order number and the reason for return
  • If approved, you’ll receive step-by-step return instructions

💳 Refunds

After your return is accepted and received by the seller, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds are released by the seller, but Shelf Shop monitors the process to make sure everything is handled correctly.


⚠ Disputes / Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback. We’ll step in to resolve any issues fairly between you and the seller.
