Shipping Policy
All sellers on our platform are required to process orders within 2–4 business days. Please note this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.
Our standard service is aimed to deliver within 7–14 business days.
Orders placed with Premium Shipping are prioritized and processed first in the queue.
These timelines are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur during peak sales seasons, public holidays, courier or postal service disruptions, or customs inspections. Orders placed after December 11th may not arrive in time for Christmas, and orders made in late January to early February may experience longer delays due to New Year celebrations.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from our system with a tracking number provided by the seller.
Please be aware that Shelf Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may be applied by local authorities or postal services upon delivery (though such cases are rare).
We are also not liable for packages lost in transit by courier or postal companies. If this occurs, you may need to file a claim directly with the delivery service (e.g., UPS, Royal Mail, Yodel, etc.).
